We guarantee you will love Mountain Music game calls. Every one of our products is made with the greatest of care, handmade by Ryan Miller in this workshop in Dover, Pennsylvania. Because each product is handmade, variances of size and color are part of the unique story of your turkey call. However, if you are unsatisfied you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the order. If we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we may issue a refund or credit for your returned merchandise instead. We will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests whenever possible.

Defective or Damaged items
If any items in your order arrived damaged, please take a photo and email us immediately at [email protected]. You must include a photo of the product(s), your Order number, and the best number for us to call you back. We will refund or replace the item as soon as possible.
To return your product, you should mail your product
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
