How do I give feedback or testimonials?
We wanted to make your purchase as good and as personal as possible. By providing the addressed and postage-paid reply card, you are able to very quickly check some boxes and leave any comments as to the satisfaction of your product, order, and even your hunting experience. You may also contact us with feedback or user testimonials (or any problems or concerns) via the contact form at the bottom of this page.
How do I use the referral discount code?
The discount code is included with each purchase as a gift to you to use on another purchase or to give to a hunting friend. When making a purchase, place the item in the shopping cart and navigate there. Once in the card, enter the discount code in the Promo Code section just below the order details. Your order price will be updated and you may complete the order.
Do you take custom orders?
We would be happy to discuss a custom order with you. Please let us know what you have in mind!
Where are your turkey calls made?

All of the calls are hand made in Dover, Pennsylvania by Ryan Miller in our little workshop.

How do I take care of my pot call?
We provide a durable printed care card with your purchase that gives easy to read information on how to take care of and condition your call and striker. You can view that information here as well.
Do you have or accept retail partners?

So far we are the only place you can buy our products, but we are open to partner with hunting stores or other such shops. If you know of any interested parties, please let us know!

Who is your photographer? What camera do they use?

We are grateful to have family members and friends who are quite skilled with a camera! Our main photographers are Nelson and Tashia Miller. Nelson is Ryan’s brother and they use Canon t6s with Canon and Sigma lenses, and sometimes Samsung Galaxy smartphones.

Who is your website designer?

 Nelson Miller, Ryan’s brother, is the guy behind this! We like to stick to what we do best and let him sell what we make. We appreciate his work and encourage you to check out his company Pee-Aye Creative at www.peeayecreative.com.

Do you sell more than just turkey calls?

While creating turkey calls is our passion and first priority, we also love exploring other products. We are planning to offer some accessories such as tshirts , truck decals, and stickers that go along with our brand.

Can we visit and shop at your workshop?

Not at this time. There are often wood chips everywhere, and it is not set up as a store. If we ever have classes or open houses we will announce it on our blog and on social media, so be sure to follow us there!

How do I return an item?

How is the product packaged and shipped?

We are tired of impersonal useless plastic packaging, so we tried something different. Our turkey calls, striker, discount card, care guide, and feedback card are all placed in a burlap sack measuring 6″x10″. For shipping, the bag is then placed in a padded mailing envelope with the invoice. The package is then shipped out immediately after purchase via USPS First-Class Mail® Large Envelope with delivery in 1-3 business days.
